O coniferous evergreen redwood,
World's tallest tree
And ever so good,
That wears greens all thru the year,
And never found leafless nude,
A towering sage as if in solitude
In the midst of crowded woods,
And towering hundreds of feet
In sky, on way clouds to meet,
What a sage art thou sans peer
That unlike an Indian seer
Living hundreds of years,
Ye span two millennia of years!
O Redwood of tallest stem,
I prefer the name greenwood,
Ye remind me of Joyce Kilmer's poem:
I think that
I shall never see a poem
Lovely as a tree!

Evergreen trees survive amidst extreme climates. i see them green even in the coldest months where they are blanketed by snowflakes. Yes, no poem could be as lovely as a tree yet this poem has it's own loveliness as we can see.
I shall never see a poem Lovely as a tree! . Yes It's certainly beautiful and meaningful as a poem to cherish. Simply superb dear Pathakji..10
