Old Folks Legs Poem by Dorsey Baker

Old Folks Legs

Rating: 5.0

Old folks on old stubborn legs
Got to crank them up
Force them to work
Old folks watch
Youth run past them
On legs fast
And full of energy!

Old folks sometimes
They drag themselves around
On very limpy legs

Old folks legs
Sometime don't
Feel like moving
Sometimes old folks legs
Just don't want to be bothered!

I know one 79 year old who runs every day. I know an 85 year old who walks at least four miles every day and another old boy weight lifting.
