One More Narrative Poem About Friendship Poem by Sylvia Frances Chan

One More Narrative Poem About Friendship

Rating: 5.0

Psychological
I write philosophically
narrative poems
added with a touch of
petrichor and psychotourism

While the fire still burns,
I'll write one more for you
another philosophical one
narrative poem
it reads like this
with God's Bliss

P.S. I oft write narrative poems
this is the second for you

I want you to know how this year has gone,
bare trees but crystal clear trunks surround them upon

at this moment
one large bare meadow
sans beach
but oft with dunes

after winter storms, then six thunderstorms,
no tunes

above all, I want you to read this thoroughly
and stay peacefully
this is the second narrative poem
from Sylvie

when driving towards Amsterdam,
we speak
about love and moving from town to town
you look so down

the sky was a realm of blue and purple
you are right, I drove like a turtle

ah!
happy hour is coming soon!
but the moon is still a boon

expressing our femininity in words,
nothing absurds

our desires,
deep down in our hearts
an intimacy of intersecting rhythms

I want you to know:
since the wolf has returned to
our lowlands,
especially in Gelderland,
many a lamb has become
his good meal and for his family

our law here:
no killing wolves
very high fine

frenzy amongst the farmers
their lambs too fat,
the wolves only eat partly
dead parts are scattered everywhere

let's drive to our coffee-shop honey,
let's consume some delicacy

sent with kisses and love
I beg you, please, do not forget
pray to God above
