I am a piece of pebble
Very ordinary
Lying on the road side
You passerby
Perhaps
Took a fancy
Picked me up
Perhaps
You found
Some color and beauty
And so
Took me
With you
Beauty lies
In your eyes
I am just a pebble
Very ordinary
Oh passerby! !
Some colour and beauty! Thanks for sharing this poem with us.

(CONT.) One's concept of beauty can vary greatly from another's concept of beauty. if YOU were a pebble, or even a PIECE of pebble, i WOULD be tempted to take you home with me. i could always discard you back to the road side/road's side/roadside! ! ! ! i've already discarded OR been discarded by several wives. :) to MyPoemList. bri (:

I am the passer-by of your poem. I do collect pebbles and rather see divinity in them. Beautiful poem. (10)
