Oss Was Lost Poem by Sylvia Frances Chan

Oss Was Lost

Rating: 3.3

we all were shocked yesterday
no time for hurray

four kids instantly died
I was shattered, my heart cried

crossing the railroad in Oss
the driver with the kids was lost

early morning on their way to school
all three instantly dead, that was most tragic awful

the driver and a pupil of 11 years old
the TV News early in the morning told
me this most tragic accident
since three of the dead kids have the same DNA blend

this must be the most tragic event
for the diligent working parents

Whole Nederland is mourning since yesterday
my heart too shocked, my mind too blocked
what can I say? I can't even pray
I must talk to God about my mental disarray….

ADDITION: Four kids died, but three are from one family.

The accident happened in a very tragic way: three kids died at once, all three came from one couple! Imagine you have three kids and alll three in one second dead. Perhaps the mother could become insane. I thank you for your kindest comment and fantastic compliment, Akhtar Sir.

A heart rending depiction has been made about the death of school going children along with the driver when they were crossing the railroad in Oss. This is not only the most tragic event for their diligent working parents but also to Whole Nederland. May God bring peace to their souls to remain in peace. So touching.10
