Haley Penman

Paint - Poem by Haley Penman

She lies through her teeth
While he sits on his bed
he'll never forget
The lies that she said

I stand in a room
I paint the walls red
Painting with lies
For I'm sick in the head

Behind the school
A man hides, holding knives
He waits for the kids
Then he takes all their lives

I take him to my room
And I paint the walls red
I paint with vengeance
For I'm sick in the head
