I passed by many rosy blooms
The garden sheltered no glooms
Inhale, a voice said, fragrance divine
Intoxicating, more than any wine
Quiet as the midnight face of sky
Inaudible was my heart's joy
Stillness danced tipsily in me
Sober, a lover could not be.

I like THE PATH OF LOVE tremendously, it has something mysterious, but I assure you, this is a sterling poem full of Beauty.5 Stars Full. Excellent Rubaiyat, brilliant Path Of Love, I adore the words here presented.
Wonder accompanying painting of DERVISHES IN ECSTATIC DANCE! I'm getting dizzy! This is a song in words, the music is provided by Nature, the dance is our everyday lives charged with joy.

Sober, a lover could not be.- - - that is true, isn't it? This poem has been dancing with love, I can tell, it is just iridescent with it. Beautiful words strung in lovely phrases. Excellent. 10
Thanku so much Susan. This is Sufi-inspired attempt by me. I'm glad you like it.
Hi, Inaudible was my heart's joy/stillness danced tipsily in me/sober, a lover could not be! This is exquisitely worded feelings of love. True, Nosheen, a lover cannot be sober. Therefore you have the word, deewana! The exuberance of love is brought out very easily, in so little words, and underneath, almost hidden, the spiritual inclination. Enjoyed reading. Thank you Nosheen.
