Peace In A Bubble - Poem by Aufie Zophy

If you manage to be grateful for a moment or two
a giant bubble of peace starts to envelop you
But then more often then ever should be,
for small imperfections or a bit of ennui
we smash the peace, turn it into nought
with bouts of anger and negative thought.
