Petal Falls Poem by Tia Maria

Petal Falls

Rating: 5.0

Silent teardrops, roses weep
For the bloom, it could not keep
And as the final petal falls
All that's left, a body of thorns

A pool of petals, fragrance lingers
So soft against her shaking fingers
As ashes she places them in the urn
In haunting dreams, for roses return
