Part 1 The tale

there in a cave sat a hermit who contemplated and contemplated his soul and he got older and older until he became like the rock tough and hard as stone.

when at last he came out into the sunlight the world had changed, moved on and the sunlight was so strong it melted him and he became as sand l blown in the wind.

Part 2

the Moral is: never hide your light under a bushel and never hide from the light.

Part 3 The Poem

poems are a small spaces but poems are not place to hide,
are made of feelings, of love and hate, joy and sorrow great and small
but poems can also be triumphant and sometimes they are saviours.
sometimes poems are brave and have courage and sometimes poems just are.
