On a cool night
a full moon
inspects toddler's toys
strewn across the yard
a light bulb
burns on the porch
a wisp of steam
from a kettle
slithers past
the screen door
for a tango
with a line of
fog crawling
so slow indoors
small things claim
grand memories
when time stops
and peace reigns

Thank you, David. And you describe a perfect time of early evening.
