As difficult as it may be.
Especially these days.
To stay pro-active.
Prepared for reality.
Since this to choose and do,
Is not often embraced...
As a welcome custom.
In some places,
Where many find themselves...
Taking risks deciding,
Who it is wanted to wish...
On a daily basis to address,
Carefully picked...
Impressions made.
Done to reflect their best,
Of what being blessed...
In a democracy offers.

And...
Difficult this is for many.
To remain and stay pro-active.
With a doing to prepare,
For a visit from reality.

Even though...
This action to take,
Some may regard...
As too sacrificial.
And considered,
A ridiculous and crazy thing...
To do and approve,
Such a foolishness way to live.
Permitting it and consciously,
To themselves.
Without rumors of threats,
Of truth nearing to knock...
On their locked and shut tight,
Doors!
