Rivers Poem by Luo Zhihai

Rivers

河流

雄風涇渭旋舞
夜雨瀟湘苦吟
一葉焉能遮目
千年永不變心

Rivers

The strong wind
circling and dancing
in the Jing and Wei Rivers

The night rain
repeated chanting
in the Xiao and Xiang Rivers

How can a leaf cover eyes?
In a thousand years
remain loyal forever
