Roses Are Red Poem by Tia Maria

Roses Are Red

Rating: 5.0

Roses are red and I was too
As I received twelve from you
Not just a little bouquet to say
But a long stemmed statement
With love from my man today.

Wrapped in ribbon of red organza
Filled with miniature lengths of protea
Almost tall as me on the table stands
From their vase my roses reach out
And I softly touch your loving hands
