Sad Times' Fleeting Joy

How's it I didn't see
The road ahead of me
My sad times' fleeting joy
Abruptly coming to...
END!

A heart touching expression of life's experience. It resonates with all. Very few wants to talk or admit the gloomy side of life.

So very true Savita! And as one gets older, it's that much more difficult! And I'm greatly saddened that Jack Kerouac had died so young!

Life's joy and sadness are just ephemeral. Death comes unexpectedly and in God's own time. Yet, our good works and words can defy our death. They will be remembered. So deeply poignant and touching words. It cuts through the heart. Magnificent series as always, Richard.
