Sadness - Poem by Michael Winters

intense pain and suffering
all bottled up inside
endless forbidden crying
kept within my mind
not a tear will you see
nobody will figure out
my nightmares and reality
or what this pain is about

I guess when one represses all their sadness, this occurs...so unhealthy I have learned...and do what I can to release...poemhunter very therapeutic for doing just what you have done...and you did it well.(if that makes any sense at all) (Report) Reply
