So true! Such an adorable most admiring brevity. We must be ashamed of our own behaviour. Sans doubt a wonderful poem fill of truth.

A thoughtful poem, poetically stated. But aren't humans both as noble and as ignoble as other creatures? I love dogs - but I once saw a beautiful collie that I was particularly fond of destroy a rabbit that had just given birth - and its litter of babies as well. It was a horrible sight! I agree that most humans disappoint. But some can be wonderful as well. I think Sandra Feldman, for example, probably resides in that second category!

Short and true. I can't help but agree! Some people are noble, but almost all dogs are born with that trait; lucky them!
