Simple, But Not So Fast Poem by Sandra Feldman

Simple, But Not So Fast

Rating: 5.0

It doesn't take much to write a poem
Many think that just by putting
Nice words together
Poets', poems, are,
Not so fast!
For poems,
To be unforgettable,
Heaven and Earth,
Must come together
Creating in you
The magic feeling
Of a newborn Star.

How true this is, heaven and earth must come together, and for a poem to be unforgettable there must be the personal touch, some so called established poets in their own eyes miss the meaning all together as they look at others poetry with red tape, how sad for they forget that some poems are personal and not of a socialistic structure, simple but not so fast is such a true poem Sandra. Bravo
