Singing For Friendship Poem by Obinna Kenechukwu Eruchie

Singing For Friendship

Radiantly, it feels free
That bird atop a tree,
Singing a song with glee.
A song that shines to be,
For singing is its key
To have enjoyment sweet
Enough to feel complete
In its soul to feel heat
With gladness it did meet
And have as singing feat.
Life to which it is meek,
Flapping its feathers, sleek
At the top of its peak
Sings, as it frees its beak,
Of friendship it does seek.
