Small House Maybe You Know Poem by Manonton Dalan

Small House Maybe You Know

an orange house atop a hill
broken fridge litter lawn
smoke painting morning sky
broken hinges creek to tempo
of wind blow so as window
horses swinging tail to chew

gate broken frame of yesterday
giant stone chalice begging sky
for more rain; peeling painting
pond full of greens maybe moccasin
fresh pipe stabbing clear water
into wooden house with trees cover
