I wish to write a happy poem
A poem that puts a smile on my face
There has been so much pessimism
Mixed with bad news permeating the global psyche
Resulting in perfect comorbidity
Despite the gloomy mood
There are lots of things to smile about
The first thing to celebrate is the roll out of Covid 19 vaccines.
There is hope that the hopelessness is now hopefulness
There is optimism in the various global isms. I am particularly happy that i have found new love. Love gives me hope to live for another day, to feel the thrill of life. Poetry is my new love. It makes me smile. It gives me hope. It gets my juices flowing. So smile poet! Smile!
