Someday Again Poem by Rebecca Navarre

Someday Again

Rating: 4.3

Woke up in yesterday. The yard
was filled with colorful flowers,
and the sun's rays. Children down
the hill, out at play. A harmony
so peaceful and gay. And best of
all when I saw your face. I knew
your smile wouldn't fade. Oh, how
I hope again, I'll wake up in yesterday.

A very touching and lovely poem. Yes, there are times we hoped and wished that the great memories of the past will visit us once again. This poem vividly painted that happiness of the past with superb imagery. Heartwarming and well expressed write.

Hi Becca, Who said, the past is past, let us march forward? “Oh, how I hope again, I'll wake up in yesterday” The problem with life is that it provides no space for a rehearsal. Who does not want to revisit yesterday and redo it differently. Good poem Becca.
