The melodious rhythm
in the water of that
fortunate lake
The touching quiver
surrounding the space
in the favourable sky
The heartbreaking harmony
surpasses the flow
penetrating the air
The sensational melancholy
hovers the spirit
striking the pulse
The endless music
floats across the sense
to stop the suffocation
The sinking song
never ever concludes
to get buried in the soul.
the only way i can think to describe this masterpiece of a poem is...delicious! :) great job! I loved it!

Beautiful and excellent poem..Thank you for sharing such a lovely poem...
The visual image of the swan and his melodies 'in the water of that fortunate lake', 'the space in the favourite sky', 'the flow penetrating the air, ' - all that combined - is already echoing in our heart, allowing it a melodious rhythm alike. Thanks for sharing your lovely poem.
A thoughtful poem, beautifully constructed... Thank you Mubeen for sharing the poem.
Hi Mubeen - this is a very interesting poem. Using TRIPLETS (three lines per verse) makes each verse a pseudo- haiku! There is a musical reference in the first line of each verse 'Melodius rhythm' Touching quiver' 'Heartbreaking harmony' 'Sensational melancholy' Endless music' 'Sinking song'. A swan is a very beautiful - evocative - mystical and majestic bird. The swan's song evokes all the musical descripters you use to introduce each verse. The emotive effect of the swan is described in the effect it has on the elements The Lake becomes fortunate - The Sky favourable - The Air penetrated - It effects the Pulse and the Spirit - it stops the Suffocation and the experience becomes 'Buried in the Soul'. All of us who have seen and studied Swans find an echo in this lovely poem. Each verse complements the next - a masterpiece scoring a MAX. Yours in Poetry - JOIHN.
