Standing Grain Poem by Luo Zhihai

Standing Grain

Standing Grain
(Two Pairs of Couplets●Seven Words of Quatrain)

Clear stream at the remotest corners of the ocean, the blue water surges
Willow trees on the bank, the peach blossoms grace
Winter plums refuse to yield to the snow, red of the mountain valley
Timely rain waters fields, green of late standing grain
