Suddenly Poem by LeeAnn Azzopardi

Suddenly

Rating: 5.0

And suddenly the grey skies went away
As the sunshine burst out through the blinds
Warming and hopeful
There wasn't a need for the lamp to be on
I shall turn it off
But after the poem is done

How exhilarating and fine. I can feel every word of your poem, and they are absolutely precious and devine. PS. I totally agree, thanks for this pearl in our tumultuous sea, it makes us feel so much more free!

Nothing like a poem to brighten one's day or for holding on to dark and lonely times.
