Sunset Poem by Sandra Feldman

Sunset

Groping in the Dark,
Stumbling, trembling,
Looking for the Light,
That does not come,
Thinking about you, love
About all of life,
That I never correctly summed up,
Good and Evil, dancing in the sun,
And you, gone forever,
As the instants of my life,
Seem to drink themselves up
In their own passing time,
While the Sun once more sets,
Without making a sound......

The beauty of poetry, the sadness of life, all in a few short lines. Brava, Sandracita!

Many people endure that silent sundown.
