Tolerance is main quality for a teacher
Eqality and equability are next for him
Adequacy in knowledge he must have
Charity and charm we must find in him
Honesty is most essential as a moral character
Efficiency is unavoidable that peoples praise
Regularity and righteous duties, teacher should adore.
A nice teacher gives knowledge about peace. Leaf carries letter. Calmness is inside own mind. This we should feel. Soul is pure. Nature impacts on soul. This is a great poem and you are a nice poet.
Being a teacher is a Hard almost heroic deed! so much tension, so many qualities you mentioned!
