Thank You Poem by Dislocated Heart

Heaven above,
I gotta thank you, for what you've done.
All the friends I've had,
All the things I've been given..
Its sent from above..

Especially that one girl in my life..
I cant stand to forget,
I cant seem to live my day without a thought of her in my mind.
The one I will never let go..

I wanna thank my friend, she always been there,
Thick and thin, there she stood, next to me,
Rain or sun, there she was, by my side.
She is more then a friend,
she is my Best friend.
Now She and I stand face to face,
I wonder.. if she knows..
that since the day I met her,
I knew she'd be that special girl in my heart..
She cheers me up,
like no other..
I dont know how she does it..
but she is a miracle worker..

I never gave thanks, to the ones near me..
I guess I'm just starting to realize.. all the ppl around me..
that I truly love.. and care for..

Especially my mom and dad.
May not always be there..
but I know.. they want the best for me.

As for the rest of my friends.. All of you are in my heart..
and I will never forget any of you for as long as I live..
