The Afternoon Poem by Romeo Della Valle

The Afternoon

Rating: 5.0

you suddenly came
to my once sadden life
and for a little while
you happily stayed
and I was happy, too
but whose to blame
when our union failed?
no one, is the real answer,
Except, destiny itself.
