秋梦
篱外两三燕
心头深浅愁
伤秋沙鹤泣
坠梦酒仙悠
The Autumn Dream
Outside the fence
two or three swallows
In my mind
deep and shallow sorrows
Sad of autumn
cranes on the sand weeping
Fell in the dream
a wine immortal leisurely

What lousy English translation. Of late, there are many China scholars who may be good in their native Chinese but are just half-literate in English, trying to string together English words that vaguely represent the meaning of the Chinese text. The last two lines are really weird.
