The Clock Ticks On
The clock goes on ticking
Reminding me I have not
Much time left in this world
To fulfill my dreams
Amidst suffering and joy
Life's ambitions have to
Be achieved soon and that are
Already full to its brims
I watch the hands of the
Clock and their relentless
Move measuring the second
I must go on without rest
To make a mark in the life
I have much work in my hand
