The Echos Of Sorrow Poem by Dorothy (Alves) Holmes

The Echos Of Sorrow

Rating: 5.0

I awakened to
The sound of the wind
Moaning your name.
My heart ached still
Filled with the sorrow
Of your demise.
Together the wind and I
Sang a song of longing.
I cried like it was yesterday.
