The First Impression - Poem by Charles Bong Hin Joo
I wonder who is this girl,
Who sit just infront of me,
Really wish to get to know her,
Wondering to become her friend can I be.
She might look demure in the class,
And also quite sleepy sometimes,
But in the class, she's the cutest lass,
Hoping she and me could spend some time.
Looking from behind might not say so much,
But she kept me awake as the class become boring,
I guess she's a good girl such and such,
Hope to get her number so I could ring.
The ring on her hand, I wonder what it mean,
Could it be another bad news to me,
Oh please, wake me up from this dream,
I know she and me will never be.
