POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Note: I wrote this poem in the haiku form of poetry while watching one of those David versus Goliath theme American movies. I was quite entertaining and in a strange way, inspiring. These movies tend to be a reflection of the collective thoughts and fears of the population. As a two edged sword they can lead one to fear of the King or the deeeply ingrained love of freedom within the human psyche that from time to time throughout history lead populations to end tyrannical regimes. I decided to publish it today on the 1st of May,2021. Truly poetic in a sence considering this is May Day.
