The Late Spring. Poem by Luo Zhihai

The Late Spring.

Rating: 5.0

暮春

春归花落果青涩
雨住雾腾山隐约
竹苑啼莺声脆亮
莲池卧月魄莹洁

The Late Spring

Spring returns and flowers fall
fruits are unripe and puckery
Rain stops and fog rises
mountains are indistinct

In the bamboo garden
sounds of the crying orioles are clear and loud
In the lotus pool
soul of the lying moon is pure and sparkling
