The wine that flows in streams of memories,
The subtle scents of roses in the morning sun,
The sunlight clearly reflected in my coffee-cup,
The lachrymose songs of love played on the radio…
The seasons gone—our love that's gone in fears,
The present-time that stretch-passed our times,
The hearts that buried—buried a love alive,
The undreamt distant future bereft of hope,
The thoughts untold, emotions unexpressed,
The sleepless nights in acerbic thoughts of you,
The truthful love, condemned to prevarication,
The dream that died—somnambulistic dreaming,
The crepuscular resignation to a life-less life,
The life that kills us, with no remorse, screaming:
What is the reason that you should survive?
This languid heart's response: 'love…love…love…'
What else to write other than: This languid heart's response: 'love…love…love…'
What is the reason that you should survive? This languid heart's response: 'love…love…love…' INdeed for the sake of love, we do anything we can. Love the most loved subject in poems! My subject too.5 Stars and to my Favourites.I have extremely enjoyed.
