The Opera Of Drunken Moments Poem by Soran M. H

The Opera Of Drunken Moments

Rating: 5.0

When treachery captured
the beauty of chastity
Earth was converted to
a cold room full of smoke in
a huge prison cell.
Beauty lost its colours.
In those moments, when they
crucified life,
You swam in a sea
of homeless tears.
Things lost their essence
and a mutilated body became
the sign at the road junction.
Is this the destiny of hope?
Oh, evil spirit,
which lane do you pass by
behind monotonous breathing?

Stop fighting for survival.
The coral reef
does not have to leave the coast.
Life goes on
but conflict does not.
Separate life from conflict
so that we are able
to know we exist.
So that the hectic world
slows down a little bit.
So that a hand can write our days
on the dams of time.

Oh the lost portrait
In which engravings on the rocks
of the high mountains do
I look for you?
You and me,
understand each other.
What is created
in that moment as we fall into
the depths of loneliness memory?
Extinguish those instincts
so that Abel can be born anew.

The rain of anguish pouring
over the umbrellas of sadness.
Oh the frozen death!
You were a silent tragedy.

In the era of marginalised truth
who listens to the wounds of poetry?

We crossed the roads,
We lost ourselves.
But what matters is that
arrival at a destination..

This is a desperate poem, because the world in which you wrote it invaded your poetic world and now shadows everything. But this contest, this AGON, is not everlasting. What is everlasting is your resistance to the Evil of the Time. Your assertion of poetic truth in the wasteland. The weight you carry so that your comrades can move freely to safety. This is your triumph ion actions and words.

Hello and thanks... Dear Daniel for your unique comment, in the world of our poetry always the peace and good deed will win, but unfortunately in the reality the things are much different, I like your way of reading a poem, deep and calm, searching for the pulse of the heart in each work, well done...wish you every success

He appreciates the qualities in Soran's poems that are deep runners both philosophically and poetically.
