The Pages Of My Diary..
The colored pages of my diary
Reflect on the aspect on my back
And the pages yet to come
Shimmer my opportunities
To make innumerable histories
Borne on the back of adversities
Yet found a path to victories
Focusing on the ultimate need
Until I'm done with it.

Diaries are an excellent source of self-understanding and recording of progress or lack thereof- -I read some of the notes about my children when they were one and two and three and am so glad I kept a diary. Also useful in propelling a poem into being. Awesome topic.
