The Raven - Poem by Samuel Kapstad

Product of proper conduct
exhaled, inhaled voice of led
forgotten and rotten
craving paving madness raving
never out of step, never out of bounds
scream so loud at passing clouds
set my red eye at the great black sky
while the people simply pass me by
broken black crooked wings
wings that have never to try
to counquer the sky
the sadness it brings
I am the raven that never sings
