I vow these words on yr lips
As we waltz to a church
Shedding the threads from us
So, we can be naked in front of G-d
While we dance to the end of the world,
Exclaiming that love has found us
The fiddler with his burning violin
Plays nothing but the sublime
As we make love until dawn
The world is beautifully at peace,
For love is burning within our core
And the sun glistening in our eyes
We rest in the sunlight
Until it's sundown and the stars shine
....love is burning within our core..... brillian piece....thank u, dear poetess..
Great Romantic poem, LeeAnn, sublimest described, TOP Marks and thank you so much for sharing.
LeeAnn, I sense both the hippie and Cohen in you in this magnificent tribute to love!
