The Wolf In Defense Poem by Abderrahmane Dakir

The Wolf In Defense

The wolf packs live in tenderness,
Our ego leads us into a wilderness.

The wolf packs live in togetherness,
The most of us live in loneliness.

The wolf hunts moose, elk, deer in weakness,
That soldier shoots kids, women, men in strengthens.

The wolves love us by letting nature in balance,
We hate them by listening lies experience.

The wolf saliva speeds wound recovery,
Our tough tongue hurts others in injury.

We love lion, dog even they might bite us,
We kill wolf off; he almost never snaps us.

My God defends the wolf from Joseph story,
We continue to accuse him through history.
