The Sudden Death Poem by Abderrahmane Dakir

The Sudden Death

In the end, each one will die,
From our destiny we shouldn't lie.

We expect the death in illnesses,
though we are created in weaknesses.

We expect the death from the eldest,
Though we couldn't keep the death from the youngest.

'Maktub' all were written in the sky,
The causes are many but the death is one.

Yesterday you were beside me like the flower,
Today you come back to the soul owner.

My God is the compassionate and the loved one,
Beside Him you take a rest and live the best one.

The sudden death took you first,
Surely, we will follow you one by one.

Death is inevitable indeed regardless of old or young in life! Surely good soul will have a nice place next to the beloved God of ours! Nice composition indeed!

Yeah, death is inevitable. It does not choose between young and old, sick and healthy. Very nice poem on death.
