There Upon The Hill Poem by Jayne Louise Davies

There Upon The Hill

Rating: 5.0

Within the silence of the night,
when all is quiet,
when all is still.
I think of you with memories bright,
Those moments spent upon the hill.

Without your presence by my side,
now all is quiet,
now all is still.
I miss your never ending love,
To think of days upon the hill.

One day perhaps we'll meet again,
A place of beauty,
you and me.
We'll live through time,
Sit side by side,
Upon that hill,
For eternity.

A hopeful, sad poem! Full of such heart and love--with such beautiful words to describe it! Well, well written as Always!
