And this is noticed.

Dependable they are.
With a doing to get things done.
Although moody they make no excuses.

They stay focused.

As sure as the Earth spins,
They remain accountable.
And responsible to the bitter end.

Dependable they are.
With a doing to get things done.
And many regard this as a flaw.

They stay focused.
Devoted with discipline.
And this is noticed.

A doing with a commitment,
To ensure a task is complete.
This is their goal and priority to keep.

They stay focused.
Devoted with discipline.
And this is noticed.

But...
Shouldn't this be accepted,
As a part of progress and success?
All expect from themselves and the rest.
Without it being thought exceptional?
