Thoughts Of Encouragement - Poem by Mowie DeCorp

I used to be unhappy

Used to be so depressed

Now I’m trying my best

To turn my life around

My friends

Who I thought were friends no longer

I made up with

And her and I relationship seems stronger

Him on the other hand

I’m not sure what to say

Every time I talk to him

My mind doesn’t know what to think

As for my job

I hate it so much

I come home pissed off

And angry at life

My home situation

Is something that will take awhile

I need to have enough money

To make it all seem worthwhile

I’m trying my hardest

To make myself content

I just want to be happy

And be able to let out a smile
