Andy, this is a most appealing description of an autumnal scene, written with all the style and polish that we have come to expect from a poet of your calibre. I can 'see' your words on canvass, framed and hanging above a mantle-piece somewhere. I particularly enjoyed your 'weary leaves' - an outstanding metaphor. love, Allie ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

This once again is another one of your very notorious styles of taking mother nature into the palm of your hand and presenting its story to your readers, as only the way you do so well.... Very very good....

good poem, Andrew...the calmness of the lake the autumn days the floating and sinking leaves all give a philosophic hue to the greenishness of the scene...thanks...10
