To Kumarmani Mahakul(Acrostic) Poem by Perdita Young (Hanna Wang)

To Kumarmani Mahakul(Acrostic)

Rating: 5.0

To Mr.Kumarmani Mahakul
.
Kind and generous you are, Headmaster,
Utterance you oft give to sublime thought…
Man and God, they all propose and dispose,
As mortals what could we say to reality but prose?
Resort from the routine is what we need,
Marketable products of gems fresh made:
Apple or orange? Well, that all depends…
Nay to all snobbery and prejudice
In th'garden of poems and verbal arts.
.
May all poets possess inspiration,
At ease they dance with more glistening lines,
Happily stay- this school of apprentice,
After hours of work that may numb the sense;
King (or queen) of life each will themselves find-
Unaware of th' pass of almighty Time,
Loiter, learn and ponder, in perfect rhyme.
