To Life With Love Poem by Sandra Feldman

To Life With Love

Rating: 5.0

Of Life and Love,
So many things to say,
But do we ever understand,
Why they are just that way.
We live in Time,
That takes our Prime,
Our thoughts, evolving too,
What's true for yesterday,
Today may not be true.

Unwanted changes come along,
As Destiny is crude,
What once before
Was soft and good,
Becomes for tears, a home,
As some face life alone.

And then we question,
Back and forth,
What truly are we now,
The purpose of our life,
That's lived,
Seems to escape, somehow.

To know yourself
And what you want,
Not always clearly cut,
But if you're loved,
And still have Love,
Of Life, you've tied the knot.

Concepts and priorities change with changing times. But something that will never change is the need to be loved. Even when we are not able to discern who we really are and what we truly need, we know that there is no other urge above love. Love fills all vacuum! A profound write!
