Trapped In Myself - Poem by Julia Mccalman

Am I the same person I was yesterday
Do I wish the same wish about my happiness
Am I confused, don’t know what I want
Am I a shadow in the dark

Is that window cursed or is it just me
Do people look at me from the outside and that’s all they see
Why do I feel this way
I need someone who care
It’s hard to believe I’m trapped in despair
