Turn Of The Century (All Over Again) Poem by james watkin

Turn Of The Century (All Over Again)

What they tell I'm no Beau Brummell
Clothings about the clothed.
Except through a face to avow
In passing parade's filly, frau
Dignity's loss is loathed!

A-sat here in George's Time Machine.
To see there, disconcert.
In smart dresser window's mannequin
Sought his own relationship in
Its makeovers pervert.
